Like my other Splash image this one was part of the Blender Guru tutorial series. It also uses the Blender Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics fluid system. However, this render was the first image I created with Blender’s internal Cycles physically-unbiased, GPU-accelerated renderer. It compares quite well to Luxrender, and I like the real-time view port updates. I’m also quite happy with the results.
